Revive Social Care offers young people training and support in a variety of practical life skills from job seeking to nutrition and our support programme is based on ‘The Five Outcomes’ from Every Child Matters.

The Five Outcomes are:

1. Being Healthy
2. Staying Safe
3. Enjoying and Achieving
4. Making a Positive Contribution
5. Achieving Economic Well-being

How do we provide this?

All of our staff are trained to provide ‘one to one’ individual support in skills such as cooking, housekeeping, budgeting, etc. Both individual and group sessions are planned at the commencement of each tenancy so as to ensure optimum progression towards achievable daily goals.

Young people we support will be encouraged to participate in our Working Towards independence programme. The programme is broken down into different modules, looking at a wide range of independent living skills.

How will this be monitored?

This programme is overseen by keyworkers and management, they will identify strengths and needs, and look at ways in which young people can be supported when they are facing new challenges. Each module is easy and straightforward to follow, and it includes regular updates on  progress.
